These terms are an agreement between you and ZAI Manifest LLC ("we") for the use of zAiBreach ("the service"). By creating an account you accept them and the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of them.
Give accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secret, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.
Each time you start a test you confirm that you own the target or hold the owner's written permission to test it, within its scope and time window. Our checks reduce misuse; they do not make an unauthorized test lawful. You will indemnify ZAI Manifest LLC against claims arising from tests you run without authorization.
zAiBreach runs automated security assessments and produces reports. Automated testing can miss vulnerabilities and can report findings that are not exploitable; results should be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on them. The service is provided "as is", without warranty that it will find every issue or be uninterrupted.
Targets you test, their results and your reports belong to you. We process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and do not share them except as that policy describes.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe; we never receive or store your card number. Plans renew until cancelled from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or when required by law.
To the extent the law allows, ZAI Manifest LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect.
