Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your scans, reports, and historical data stay accessible for the rest of the period you've already paid for. After that the account is read-only until you resubscribe.
Yes — if something's genuinely wrong on our end, contact support and we'll refund. We don't refund unused time on a voluntary cancellation, but you keep access through the end of the period.
